Be a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
Not own any property.

    First Home Buyer status eligibility

    Your status remains active until the earlier of the following:

    Your Homeshare portfolio net worth exceeds $250,000
    (as estimated by us using our standard valuation methodology).

    You purchase or acquire ownership of your first property outside of Homeshare, including joint or partial ownership.

    Fees will remain waived on the sale of any shares you purchased that are sold before the $250,000 threshold or the purchase of your first property.
